It’s here! Our ultimate summer bucket list for families in Toronto and the GTA. This list is for those days when you run out of ideas and need to get out of the house. We have done our best to try and include pricing and schedule here, but of course, all information is subject to change, so be sure to check hours & costs on the corresponding websites below before attending. And of course, please let us know if you find a broken link.
We have divided these up into different categories, so here goes!
Lovenotes Concert Series – a concert series for adults, where children are welcome. Next concert is June 15th at the Coal Mine Theatre.
Toronto Library Baby time and Family Time – weekly drop ins for stories and music.
Evergreen Brickworks – hiking trails and outdoor Children’s Garden
Child-friendly Cafes and Restaurants
Lazy Daisy’s Cafe – includes train table and toys at the back of the restaurant. Mondays are 10% off for parents.
Tuesdays 8:00am – 2:00pm – East York Farmer’s Market at East York Civic Centre
Wednesdays 3:00pm-7:00pm – Greenwood Farmer’s Market – playground and splash pad on site as well.
Thursdays 3:00pm-7:00pm – East Lynn Park Farmer’s Market – playground and splash pad on site
Thursdays & Fridays 3:00pm onward – Left Field Brewery – Left field with Babies!
Sundays 9:00am-2:00pm – Leslieville Farmer’s Market
